the location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, for example, a well-known lake was within easy walking distance of the hotel. the breakfast offered a lot of great meals.

The food was nice with a variety of options. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and great - about 10-15 minutes' walk from a well-known lake. It was also near Mahabaleshwar as well as Venna lake.

Excellent hotel, the staff were all excellent co-operating and affable and the location was handy in the middle of jackson. The food was GOOD, with good choice of options. Location: the venue was near to Venna lake and Mahabaleshwar Market.

I loved staying at this hotel; it was clean, the staff was extremely helpful, and the rooms were spacious and new with private bathrooms.

The hotel had big rooms with high ceilings, and the location was great- close to all the main sights. The staff was helpful when we needed guidance for visiting different points. Breakfast had decent taste, and we especially enjoyed the freshly picked strawberries that were being served.

We were not happy with the cleanliness of the bathrooms, which had a bit of a bad smell. , the tea equipment in the room was not working properly.

Spent Christmas at a pretty average hotel. the only two good things about the place were the location near the market and decent breakfast service. Apart from that, nothing special about the room interiors or service quality. the bathroom was smelly when we arrived, but thankfully it was cleaned promptly. One advantage was that the hotel staff was helpful in carrying our bags.
